BACKGROUND
The Nottinghamshire Football Association governs football across Nottinghamshire, delivering on the aims and objectives of the FA's National game strategy.
They support new initiatives and interventions on getting people active and playing football in a variety of formats no matter what age or ability. The range of programmes they offer cater for all needs and requirements including affiliated football, recreation football, female only sessions and disability football.
In March 2017, Alexandra Johnson Photography was appointed to photograph the County Cup final series across 20 different venues, varying from grassroots football through to senior across Nottinghamshire.
Her given brief was to document each of the events in a documentary yet sporting style, showcasing the talent throughout all age groups as well as everything that the Nottinghamshire Football Association has to offer.
Alexandra has since continued to work alongside the Nottinghamshire Football Association on other events and workshops with many of the images appearing in local publications such as the Nottingham Post and Newark Advertiser.
Alex is always extremely professional, always extremely punctual and ensures she is contactable throughout the whole of our events.
